The website of the AVOLIO programme has been built and is being prepared for publication. It brings together in one place the information the programme communicates about European organic production and about the two products it promotes.
The site sets out the rules that govern organic production in the European Union — the certified practices, the official controls and certification, and traceability from cultivation to the final product — and it presents European organic extra virgin olive oil and European organic avocado, each on a page of its own. It also carries a description of the programme itself, recipes using the two products, information for trade and media audiences, and the contact details of the beneficiary.
The website is published in English, German, French and Greek.
